"Motherboard implemented an annual key talent development program for the LINET Group.
One of the main goals of HR at LINET is to systematically educate and motivate future experts and leaders who will become drivers of LINET Group's ambitious strategy in the long term.
Employees across professions and countries (Czech Republic, Brazil, USA, Mexico, Germany, France, etc.) were nominated for the program. The development was implemented in three streams, namely management and leadership, digitization and AI, and team building aimed at supporting adaptation. The mission of the "Evolution bootcamp" program aimed at developing the ability to adapt and benefit from it in a demanding business environment.
The 2022-2023 program fulfilled ambitious visions aimed at both the participants and the LINET group. The participants of the program acquired comprehensive know-how that can be directly used in practice, with the aim of increasing the level of their competences. Global cooperation, development of strategic thinking, change of mindset in the direction of effective use of digitization and AI in LINET practice were emphasized. The LINET company used the program as a source of innovation, which it decided to implement in global practice (Ideathon, strategic proposals). Last but not least, the talent pool positively influences the attitudes and "digital" mindset within the company."
